Our four-year apprenticeship program is recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor and acknowledged by the National Glass Association for its rigor and excellence.

Façade Encounters is a founding member of the Utah Glass Association and a developer of its nationally acclaimed Apprenticeship program.
A SKILLED, DIVERSE WORKFORCE
All of our journeymen glaziers complete our apprenticeship program. Each year, we graduate English- and Spanish-speaking glaziers as we invest in the future of the industry.

QUALITY CONTROL
Our craft workers literally sign off at every stage of production to verify that each unit meets established standards. We track every unit by its daylight opening throughout the process.
Our dedicated Quality Control team oversees testing and verification, holding our work to high standards and helping ensure dependable building-envelope performance for our partners.
TESTING & PERFORMANCE
We conduct our own water and pressure testing to evaluate performance and help identify potential issues before they become problems.
We also perform visual and performance mock-ups to evaluate design details, appearance, and performance.
Partners know that our standards will always be higher than even their own.

Facade Encounters specializes in high-performance facade systems and cladding solutions. With in-house engineering, fabrication, and installation capabilities, we work closely with partners to develop and deliver solutions for complex projects.
